Our experienced staff, headed by nurses have experience of most conditions and they work closely with other health care professionals ensuring that your needs are safely met in the comfort of your home.

We work closely with GP’s, district and specialist nurses, the Hospice, complimentary therapists and other health care professionals.
How Does it Work?
When you first contact us, we’ll arrange a meeting at your home to discuss your needs and explain how we can help you. We always welcome family members or trusted friends at this meeting to make sure every question you have is answered.
Once you choose us as your care partner we will work with you to draw up a care package that suits your needs – of course, if your needs change later we will adapt the plan.
Care visits may be a little as 30 minutes per day, or several visits a day, throughout the day or night or even live-in care.
When your care package is agreed we will assign a senior member of our care team, who will be your point of contact, answering any questions or arranging changes to your care as your needs change.
They will introduce you to our care staff and brief them on your needs to ensure you are satisfied with the care you receive.
